Crystal clear - and barely a breath of wind to disturb this reflection of the Iron Bridge.

Water levels in the River Severn have been very low, making it easy to spot small fish darting among the rocks just below the surface.

I always keep my wellies in the car, so I was able to walk a short distance into the water to get this early-morning shot.

Above the town on the right is St Luke's Church, which dates from the 19th century.

It stands on a steep hill and is accessible via 109 steps leading from The Square or by climbing up narrow Church Hill.

The position of St Luke's is the reverse of most churches, with its sanctuary at the west end and the tower at the east.

This followed the discovery that the land at the west end could not bear the weight of a tower.
